Perimenopause can be a rollercoaster.

Perimenopause, often called the “zone of chaos,” is a major brain and hormone transition marked by wildly fluctuating hormones and literal remodeling of the brain.

It can cause well over 30 distinct, wide-ranging symptoms throughout the body— hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, weight gain, sleep struggles…you name it and it’s probably impacted.

Yet, it takes most of us by surprise.

We end up blindsided by the intensity of it, confused if we are even in it, and wading through books, podcasts, and conflicting information from various healthcare providers—all while just trying to make it through the day.

A solid roadmap + good company makes all the difference.

There is plenty we can do to support ourselves, ease the journey, and come out the other side stronger, healthier, and set up for long-term health.

Workshop Details

A 2-hour primer on all things perimenopause,

an opportunity to ask your burning questions about this major brain-body transition,

space to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences around perimenopause,

and a supportive circle of women navigating the similar things.

When:

Thursday, May 14th, 2026, from Noon-2 pm.

Hello! I’m Amber Valenti Armstrong.

I’m a physician associate, integrative & lifestyle medicine practitioner, and women’s health expert.

Through workshops, group experiences, and individual health consulting, I support high-performing women and mothers in finding the health, vitality, and care they want and need.

I love to partner with women on their health goals and help them find easeful, uncomplicated ways to feel great in their bodies and lives.
