YOUR COLLABORATOR IN BETTER HEALTH
Hey there! I'm Amber Valenti Armstrong–wellness guide, educator, Functional Medicine practitioner, PA, group facilitator, and yoga teacher.
I believe connection is the key to most anything great we want in our lives. My work focuses on connection to ourselves, our bodies, our community, meaning and purpose in our lives, and our environment as a way of creating wellness and conscious change. I believe it’s possible to take wonderful care of ourselves, do important work in the world, and find joy in the process.
I specialize in helping people create the best environment for their unique body to thrive. In my work, I have the great honor of combining an array of evidence-based approaches—from those considered more holistic or natural approaches to the best insights of modern medicine. I offer a root-cause focus to health (no band-aids or quick fixes here!) and use gentler options whenever possible.
All of my offerings are informed by my long-time personal yoga and mindfulness practices, rigorous science and medical education, the thousands of patients I’ve worked with around the world in my career, and my own personal journey of healing.
I am deeply passionate about supporting those I serve in creating better health and living into their most meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Outside of this work I love so much, I also enjoy soaking up the natural beauty of my home in the Pacific Northwest, any excuse to celebrate life with my husband and sons, making art, growing vegetables, kayaking, practicing yoga, cooking meals with dear ones, and traveling to and exploring new places around the world.
