When we work together, I am in your corner, helping you navigate your health concerns, meet your health goals, and feel supported, heard, and seen in the process.

At this time, Confluence provides exceptional-quality health education and consulting by a highly trained physician assistant and integrative medicine practitioner. All health consultation services provided to you will consist of health education and recommendations that are intended to assist you and your health care provider in using natural and lifestyle supports to improve your health. These health education services are not intended to serve as a medical diagnosis or treatment of any kind.

Please note that while Amber Valenti Armstrong is a medical provider, in the context of our health education and consulting work together, no patient-provider relationship will be created. As noted above, Confluence consultation services are solely for educational purposes and to support you in creating better health.
