How: I’ll call you by phone at the number on your request form at your scheduled time.
What: This 20-30 minute call gives you time to ask questions and hear more about available services. It also gives me a chance to learn about you and offer initial recommendations for services that will best support you.
Before Your Session: Consider… What are your hopes and goals are for your health right now? And what kind of wellness do you want to create in your life? It’s ok if you’re not totally clear. Just come with some ideas. Also, bring any questions you have about Confluence Wellness and our services.
